yes it is, implemented with last eft update, called MAWL

I wish we could put bipods on handguards already, would really complete the look imo
it is possible but theres no mod for spt yet , on rebirth ( a modpack for emutarkov) there was bipod to use on attachment slots (same where goes laser/lantern's) , hope to see it on spt sooner .
