It's probably not a wallhack. The AI in Tarkov, I learned a couple days ago myself fighting the Goons, works a lot like in Arma 2 and 3. If one of the Goon squad sees you, the rest know where you are as well.
To give an example from Arma, one time I was fighting right outside a hanger, anytime an AI outside spotted me the AI inside would relatively accurately blind fire through the wall at my last marked location on the map.
Same thing with Tarkov. I was fighting Knight when he rushed in that garage next to crackhouse and Big Pipe outside was putting .300 blackout AP in a perfect grouping right where I was standing when I killed Knight, thankfully I was already moving by then, so he missed.
I figured you were saying the AI were just seeing and shooting you through the walls? I was just saying you're not... entirely wrong either way.
To be more brief, if one of the Goon Squad can see you, they all seem to know where you are and will shoot at you as long as they can penetrate the object between you both.
