  • Heya Borkel, your great NVG mod gave me an idea and, as my modding background isn't with SPT, I thought I'd ask if it's possible. Do you think binoculars could be added - not NVG, just magnified? Possibly a duplicate item based on the N-15, although standalone ones which could live in special slot would be even better.

In that early game phase where you're making do with irons or holographics it would be useful - and feel pretty realistic - to pull out binoculars to scan an area. Once you get a scope maybe they'd be a little less handy, but still the wider field-of-view would be cool.

    • it's a good idea but i don't know how to do that tbh

      Thumbs Up 1
  • I like your mods, do you have plans for other mods in future?

    • There's one in the works

  • Thank you a lot for a NVG rework mod! I enjoy playing with NVG, but vanilla NVGs are frustrating and your mod makes them just right. Waiting for thermals to be updated to current spt version. <3 <3 <3

    • thanks, maybe today maybe tomorrow i update the other mods

  • All your mods are great, keep up the good work! <3

  • i like your mods

  • Hey Borkel!

I really appreciate your mods - I use De-Hazardifier on my old build, and when .14 / 3.8.0 drops, I'm super excited to use Bloody Bullet Wounds (presuming you update it - no presh).

I'm curious, since the author of Visceral Dismemberment is a pariah in the scene (and their code has some room for improvement), do you have any interest in developing a mod that does that better?

I think you're the person for the job :)

    Thumbs Up 1
    • Thank you. Creating a mod like Visceral Dismemberment would be a lot of work, but i see there's demand for it so I may try.

    • I'd be interested to see too! I know a ton of people love what that mod adds. But also, not thrusting this charge upon you, but wanted to vocalize it in case it was something that sounded interesting.
