Jehree's Toolkit (JTK) 1.1.1

Some miscellaneous tools I created with a focus on detailed configuration. Edit case or backpack sizes, change what traders sell, edit quest rewards, and more!

  • Version 1.1.1

Should still work on 3.6.0. Scream at me if it doesn't.

Should still work on 3.5.8. Scream at me if it doesn't.

Small update, added a feature to the config.json file. Thanks Spring for the idea!

You can give it parent ids of things like backpacks, rigs, etc and it will remove the item filters from any items with that parent. Use this to make your backpacks, secure containers, etc accept all items (in a non-destructive way that shouldn't cause conflicts with other mods... looking at you SVM :cursing:). This process runs BEFORE the case tweaks files in the Tools folder, so any tweaks you have set up there will apply AFTER the filters have been removed.

If you are updating from an old version, replace the Jehree's Toolkit/src folder, and replace the config.json file in the Jehree's Toolkit/config folder. All files in the config/Tools folder will still be compatible.

  • Version 1.1.0

Should still work on 3.5.7. Scream at me if it doesn't.

Should still work on 3.5.6. Scream at me if it doesn't.

Many code and config file changes have been made with this update, you will need to manually apply any edits you made with previous versions to this new version. Old config files are not compatible!

See the Overview tabs for detailed info on how to use each tool.

    1. All tools are now DISABLED by default. You will need to enable the ones you want to use in the config.json file.
    2. Combined old New Barters and Removed Barters folders to just one called Trader Assortment Edits. Both removals and additions are included in the same files now, allowing better organization of rebalancing tweaks.
    3. Added Quest Reward Editor tool that can remove quest reward items as well as add new quest reward items to specific quests.
    4. Improved modularity of sections in the Case Editor config files to allow any sections not being used to just be deleted, making config files shorter and cleaner.
  • Version 1.0.0 hotfix

Fixed issue causing the case resizer to not work properly when only using 1 grid cell.

  • Version 1.0.0

  • Are you going to update it to 3.8.0?

  • What about editing helmet slots and such to avoid things like not being able to use the trooper mask and slapp with nvgs at the same time on the fast helmet?

  • Jehree asked me to not do database shenenigans anymore if he released this, i havent agreed but ill try not to do it :kekw:

  • man, I gotta say the T-Bag as a drop pouch is the best thing ever.

  • What about rigs. Will those be editable in the future?

    • So, you technically can edit rigs with this, but the behavior isn't super intuitive. You can experiment with it if you'd like.

To answer your question though, I would like to expand on the functionality so that others cases can be made to have vertical stacked cells.

So yes.. but even if I do it will be a bit quirky and less intuitive than you'd expect.

      Heart 1
    • There was a build of SPT where you could set the slots to 0 and they would disappear, so you could fully transform some rigs that had a lot of 1-1 slots, like the Assault Stich Profi MK2 for example.

Now if you do that the slots are still there and they are a real pain because they pop up.

Now this mod is hopeful for me.

  • When making the custom cases, how do you enlarge a singe open grid space? for example I was able to get [1,4,1] and [1,4,1] to make a 4x4 Kappa with two singles. But how would you format it without the singles? [4] has it revert to default. [4,0] has a tiny unoccupied pocket that enlarges to the size of the item you drag onto the container. [,4] and [4,] creates server errors. Please help, just want bigger cases.

    • Just [4] [4] with no commas will do that :)

    • Actually hang on, just tested and it didn't work for me either. Funnily enough I never tested with only one big grid cell because all my cases have multiple. I will look into it and get it fixed and upload an update for you!

    • Alright this is fixed!

    • Works perfectly on my end as well, thank you so much for the quick hotfix. I just made the blackjack 50 pack a 6x9 by using brackets just as you'd expect. I thought I was going mad successfully making multi slot cases but not the simpler ones haha

    • No worries! That tool is basically the first mod I made so the code needs a bit of a cleanup. A few more qol changes for it will be coming soon too!
