Elevate your SPTarkov gaming experience with "SandCore", an immersive weapon and weapon mod retexture. Dive deep into the grainy dunes and feel the essence of the desert with each pull of the trigger. Right now these weapons are retextured into FDE: AK101-105, M4A1, SIG MCX. More to come!



The modded items are sold by Painter. You can also find the modded weapons and mods in the flea market. Search for "Sand" in the search box to see all items from SandCore. Report any bugs in the support thread. I will not answer them in the comments. Other questions are okay to ask there though (feedback, requests, etc).

  • WhiteCore - Add new white items for the AR-15 platform (and others). New M4A1 winter camo version
  • GreenCore - Adds a green camo texture to some parts of the AR-15 platform
  • RedCore - Red handguard, grip, stock, scope, etc added for the AR-15 platform

To install the mod, just drag and drop the folder inside the archive into user/mods


I really recommend ATLAS mod for more weapons and retextures. I do have a Ko-Fi if you want to leave a donation.

  • Greetings to the author of the mod. You have a small error when starting. In the code and the folder name "pistol grips" due to a space in the name, 3 add-ons SANDCORE WHITECORE and GREENCORE do not run. It is enough to remove the space in the folder name, in the "items" and "bundles" files. After this small fix the mod is fully functional.

  • Man, I love your mod! Built an M4 with your parts, looks amazing. Thank you for your outstanding work, the colour not just beeing sand, it`s thas "used look" that´s so cool. Love that skull logo...

    It has been asked, so I second that, do you plan more parts, especially in sand-colour? If I could put a whish on my list, I´d take the SIG Bravo4 scope. Keep up your great work!!

    Particularly the accessories like sights, mags, handles and stocks?
    That would be awesome thank you !

    And maybe extend Green mod as well ?
    I really like those mods, to be honest I'm less convinced by topographic black.

  • Can we get more of the meta parts in all your paint schemes? Especially the foregrips, handguards, stocks, and pistol grips for both AR and AK style? The ones included are all missed out on in just about every good build.


    Would be much appreciated! Love the art, just would like to get more use from it.

    • Yup and now that I see it in game I feel silly lol. As an ACTUAL suggestion I'd like to suggest


      1. ADAR or TX-15 complete builds or just the lowers available at painter


      2. Handguns. Different parts like iron sights or magazines. Most of all I'd like to see a sand glock that's highly customizable unlike the 19x


      3. More suppressor sand variants, Especially for subguns, handguns and 308 DMRs


      4. SA-58 sand variant


      Love the mod btw. I put painter at ruined house in streets since I'm using traveler, Is that close to where you had him in mind lore wise?

  • I'm getting a problem from all of your mods.
    All of their textures are missing.

    Can the mods not run together? are they conflicting with each other?
    Is there a major core mod I'm missing?
    The Civic painter is loaded before all the Civic core mods. But I'm not seeing any comments or requests stating that all of the mods are failing to load textures.
    I feel this might be new?

    • You need the trader Painter for the latest SandCore version.

    • I have the trader installed and he works, along with all the other painted gun mods, just this one is the only one that throws an error

    • If BlackCore works, then this should work. Load order is important. Trader have to be loaded first. What SandCore version do you use? What SPT version?

    • The newest SPT and was trying to use the newest Sand Mod, however the old sand mod works still so I just downloaded it and use it instead

    • Actually this indeed fixed it for me i complained about the same error in the BlackCore mod, so just add the following line to the order.json file inside your mods folder

  • one of the best yet sheeesh. could i suggest a glock that has a clear polymer frame and where you could see internals i think it would be SUPER SICK but idk how you could or if you could make transparent-like skins
