  • Just had the stupidest bug ever and I thinks not any modder's fault, I have no idea. I was getting an error where "_props" was not being defined at line 168;88 , all I had to do was rewrite "_props" in visual code studio.


    I hope I can help someone if they encounter this.

  • i have a problem with bot PMC's loadouts, for example someone spawned with SVDS with AK mags which can not be loaded 7.62x54r, but game, as far as I understand, is trying to spawn weapon with higher capability mags than native 20 rounds mags but with exactly 7.62x54r rounds, so this PMC runs without any round, same with Ash-12 which always spawned with AK-47 mags.
    it would be nice to have an on\off option in the configs to cross-compatibility of calibers and magazines

    • umm.. I think we'd better use a separate mode to change the loadout.

      ex) valens loadout.. or realism.. etc


      And I'll consider updating the on-off option related to ammunition by working on it.

      btw fixed this for myself, removed extra magazines for most weapons.

      I think that can be fixed by adding more calibers on mags, for example VSS and VAL works properly with AKM mags, bots spawning with 9x39 roungs in them. but I think it’s a little ridiculous for SVD - 7.62x54r in an AK-74 magazine.

      and I noticed that bots never spawn with an added caliber in their weapon. always with native

    • This is not a error or mistake, but it will prevent remove other ConflictingItems from mods thats add own ConflictingItems, like RM.

  • Is it normal for each shot to burn almost 1 entire durability point when using 9x21 in an MP5?

    Actually, it seems like this issue applies to more guns than just the MP5 and more calibers than just 9x21. Using 9x19 or 9x21 in a Kedr has the same result. Each shot burns 1.3 points of durability, which is just insane.

    • I've only increased compatibility to make ammo available. If you're experiencing any durability issues, patch it separately, or disable the gun failure before using it. I'll consider it because I still need extra code to make any additional improvements to this mode.

    • So I did some testing, it's apparently a conflict with realism. Not sure what exactly is doing it, but switching the load order around didn't fix it. If you could add an option in the config to disable durability burn entirely, it'd work as a temporary fix because as it is, the durability burn is so high that you basically can't use non-vanilla calibers in guns.

    • I remember SVMs have the same functionality. Why don't we try SVMs temporarily for now? In the meantime, gun and ammunition combinations that are strongly durable won't break down. I think we should add a temporary code to make sure that certain combinations or all guns don't break down, but it's going to take some time..

  • How do I see if this mods work? no where does it say where Do I need to look for the guns mods.

    • Create one SPT developer profile and check it out in the preset.

  • Using normal i have no problems, but using this Pack i have problems with Tatical Gear Components, i tried loading before and after, no idea what happened, i deleted all the mods that this Pack adds.

    • humm.. I also use Painter and tgc, but I didn't have the same problem. Let's take a closer look at the bug issue.

  • i like the mod but the mosin rifle aim sports mng rail mount makes any magnified scope act up and creates a dark circle around the center of the scope making it hard to use.image.pngthat's the ps-320 on the mosin with the mount

  • small disclaimer: all of the mod's contents are not in a folder meaning if you extract the mod it won't be in a folder so all of its contents (config, addons, bundles, etc.) will be scattered around
