Change ANY Trader's image, Original or MOD with ease. Customize your traders how you see fit. Pick it, Name it, Put it in the custom folder. With a simple UI program to make it easier then ever to customize you traders.

    This version is a complete rework. Rebuilt from the ground up.

    Now it's easier to change the images to whatever you want.

    Simply go into the settings.json file, there you will see what traders coincides with what .jpg file name in the res folder.

    Be sure to make your custom trader images size 640x640px. Then to rename each one just copy and past the value to the left of the custom_trader name in the settings.json file.

    Also in the setting file you can chose whether you want all the traders changed or just the ones you want by changing changeAllTraders to false then changing what traders you want changed true.

  • How do we change like Scorpion? I added a pic and added the merchants name to no avail. He probably has an ID code i need to grab. Do you know where i might grab this?

    • You know this is a pretty good looking image pack. You should make it a trader image pack for the mod. There is instructions on how to set it up on the main page of this mod under the "Invite To All Creators" section. 8)

    • Oh, you know that is coming. The way this mod works now I will be uploading image packs from now on. There is nothing more to change with the mod unless I decide to add more folders with specific genres to toggle on and off in the program.

    I also vote for new trader pictures aswell like Voodo! would be insanely good to have some fitting picutres for Coyote, Legs, Painter, Scorpion, Gambler, Hephaestus and Lotus :)

    • I could expand the mod to include custom readers as well. I am already working on a new version anyway. that's a good idea.

  • In creating this mod did you find a way to access other elements of the default traders such as their assort tables?

  • The trader image switch also transferred over to the live version of the game. Do I just need to clear my file cache from the live launcher?

    • The images? Yes. I thought these generated images looked really good. I am a prompter for AI and with very detailed prompts you can get really good results. Also that's why I made it simple to change the images. Just incase others liked the mod but not the imagery. This way they can easily change it to whatever they like. :)

  • Sadly this does not work for me. Drag and drop and nothing. Settings json is like it should be. I can't imagine any other mod being behind it, but who knows. I tried changing the format from jpg to png on your image files to replace the ones in the server folder. But when I boot up it reverts back to the original ones. Never seen anything like this before. It usually works to just replace the original files. These looks nice though. Have a great day!

    • you have to clear your temp files in the settings section of the launcher to see changes.

    • Je suis désolé d'entendre cela, utilisez-vous SPT v.3.8+ ?

      Assurez-vous que vous utilisez SPT version 3.8 ou supérieure pour garantir la compatibilité avec le mod. Cela pourrait résoudre le problème que vous rencontrez.

    • Le dossier utilisateur doit simplement être glissé et déposé directement dans votre dossier principal installé par SPT, il placera automatiquement les fichiers au bon endroit.

    • Je me demande pourquoi... Avez-vous réessayé de télécharger le mod ? Peut-être que le téléchargement est foiré ou quelque chose du genre.

    In my opinion Jaeger should have Prapors image and vice versa,

    Prapor the AK guy and Jaeger the SR guy :)

    • Thank you so much for the feedback! I did have some issues trying to figure out who should be who with those two seem in your opinion I chose wrong lol. The beauty of it is you can go in the res folder in the mod and change the names around so that Prapor and Jaeger are switched. Happy Playing!
