Contains everything from the original mod (except the foregrip since its the same one from ValMod3)

Realism Patch Included (Don't install the SPT-Realism folder if you dont have the Realism mod)

HOW TO INSTALL

Drag and drop the folder into your root spt folder

    • Crashing when loading the weapon for the first time should be fixed
    • Foregrip from VALMOD3 should be able to go on the handguard now

  • Just chiming in to say that today my game crashed four times in a row just trying to load the gun to purchase.

  • so the fix atleast for seemed to fix all the crashes for me accept for one i crash every time i try to go into a raid with it however sine i was hunting rogues ive only tested it on light how in which i tried 5 times with afresh instal of the mod and restarted my computer and it refuses to let me load in with the tkpd immediately after loaded in with m1a with no problem so for now ima remove the mod and im looking forward to it being fixed cause i really want to try it out

    • Sorry to hear that, Yeah im still not sure on how to reproduce the crashing because sometimes its fine and other times it crashes on repeat, on my current install it works fine but ive gotten a mix of reports of some people's games refusing to load the weapon and others saying it works fine after a couple tries. Unfortunately as I mentioned in another comment fixing it would require me to essentially remake the weapon the weapon almost from scratch and i just dont have the time to learn something that difficult, so it will probably stay broken, Sorry.

    • its all good im sure youll get it fixed up eventually and till then ill be waiting cause i still think this will turn out to be a great mod so just take your time and dont stress about it to much :)

  • If your still experiencing crashing, try finding the weapon in the handbook first and open the weapon there, seems to stop the crashing on my end

    • Original mod's bundles are super old so its missing some stuff from the newest version of the game, would require me to learn how to make a weapon from scratch and rebuild it so its probably gonna stay like this for a while. From my testing the weapon works eventually after crashing so if its not too annoying just keep trying and it should load

    • Hate to be the bearer of bad news. Still crashing for me, this is actually my first time installing this. I got the weapon to load by buying it on the flea but when I go into any of my traders the game crashes. Dont have an error for you but I am using Realism and im on 3.9.8.

    • It was also crashing for me each time I tried to get the weapon or interact with it.
      I installed all the other weapon updates you released recently,

      saw in the comments that might fix it, but I was still crashing.

      Can try again tomorrow when I've got some more time.

    • This is with the latest version (1.0.3)? Damn, we thought we fixed it since it seemed to be working fine. The crash we had before was when rendering the weapon in the trader it would CTD, and it seemed that sometimes opening up the preset editor and loading the gun in would fix it.


      I'd say try doing a clean install of 1.0.3, but let me know if you already did since that means there's another problem somewhere. Turns out updating old-old mods can be painful. ;(

  • constant crashing when loading this weapon on fence.

    • Weapon is scuffed, you need to go through the flea market and search parts of the weapon and have them load/crash through once for each one and it will work

  • if it crashes all the time, then delete and update the mod3 shaft

    • Not quite sure what you mean but if more people say the weapon is unusable ill try to see what the issue is, but it works fine for me on multiple installs

    • the problem is that they haven't updated the other weapons from your mod, everything works for me too

    • That's not the issue. I have them all updated and I encounter this issue as well. For me though it is not immediate MOST of the time, but if I just sit in the store, scroll through the store, etc then it crashes.

  • Unfortunately, after installation, the game crashes, both at the merchant and at the flea market, when the weapon is loading :(

    • Happens with some modded items, it should be fine after the first crash

    • No, I have constant crashes, I launched the game 5 times

    • Not sure then, when I was updating the mod it would always crash for me the first time on a fresh install but would be fine afterward, ive also used it on 3.10 and it does the same where it crashes first time then works. If its constant crashing then im not sure what it could be.

  • when you see a weapon, it freezes and the game closes without errors

    • Thats normal, should be fine after the first time

  • I havnt properly tested everything so if stuff like certain attachments are not able to go onto the weapon happens please let me know

    • Only attachment I've found that crashes the game for me is when trying to add the "TBL" blue laser attachment. Everything else seems to work just fine. LOVE the sound of the rifle by the way!!!

    • Does it happen everytime or was it just once? Tried it on my end and it doesn't crash

    • Happened like 9 times then now working fine with every possible addon.

    • Yeah im not quite sure whats causing the constant crashing but seems like loading each weapon part once before crashing seems to fix it. Might be out of my control but im looking into it

    • Yeah take your time dealing with the crashes, it's working fine for me now... NO crashes at all for me at any point while looking at the weapon in trader or while using the weapon in game! No idea what could be the issue. I just dealt with the crashing for a while and all of a sudden it's just working now with no crashes at all!
