This is just an updated 3.11 version of the original Armor Stitching Service mod by Props. Credit for the mod goes to him, and if he decides to pick up this mod again this version will be removed. Shoutout to Props for the original mod and the go-ahead to update for 3.11 
The features seemed to work fine for me but if you find something wrong just ping me on discord.

The description is in the original mod page (here's the link), but the tl;dr is it repairs equipment over time. You can set the repair amount and intervals for weapons and armor separately so it can be as OP or unobtrusive as you want. It's configurable under the F12 menu (just press the f12 key once you've loaded the game).
