Lua's Korean Locale Fix 1.1.0

Please do not ask when mod authors will update their mods to 3.10 or if they can upload older versions of their mods.
Bothering mod authors will lead to warnings and repeat offenses will lead to eventual bans.

Add Korean locale to menu

This mod is no longer needed since Aki 2.1.1 release


This is a fix for missing Korean locale in Aki 2.1.0 only
