Graphics Glitch while shooting

I just creating this for reference if happens to anybody, never had that issue before

A while square while shooting in the left side of the screen can be seen clearly

Clean installation, just copied the main files, installed the mods and went playing not other mods ever used, the square keep appearing although the mods where removed

Weird issue for the records

I just found that is Flash Indicator option that was enabled in Graphics options
