Help with mod edit. Can't put cloned FAST MT Helmet onto Character "Headwear" slot. Error: "Item is incompatible"

I am new to modding and I'm attempting to create my own mod by joining two other mods. One is the SuperSlick from Nootropix and the other mod was the Wolfik's Heavy Trooper from SirWolfik.

I have the slick and all the trooper masks working fine. I can purchase them and use them. I can use the heavy trooper with the stock FAST MT Helmet. However, I have created a cloned version of the FAST MT with better stats and it shows up with the trader, the stats are correct, and I can purchase it. You can even equip the stock and modified heavy trooper masks to it without any issues.

The issue I"m having is after I purchase the modified FAST MT, it will not let me equip it to my "Headwear" slot. It gives an error "Item is incompatible" and the slot turns red.

Again I'm new to modding. Any help would be appreciated.

I tried to upload the mod but it says the file is too big.
