Game ran fine 3 days ago, no issues at all. booted up today and had a windows update, this update brought me to windows edition 21H1 (supposed to be a non security update)
I can launch the server and game, no issues or errors on server task window. I can edit my gear loadout, play around in the flee, even do hideout tasks. but when i load a map/raid i get a windows COM error
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54}
and APPID
{15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}
to the user DESKTOP-JUFVQLT\lucas SID (S-1-5-21-3170654869-2531114281-3724079708-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
I understand if y'all are busy with the development and issues already on your hand, I also know that I can just revert to my previous windows update and continue on my day, or edit the application permissions in my regedit. I was just bringing this error to light as this is the first time I have had this issue with a game on my pc (however this is also the first time I have played a game like this on my pc)
Hope y'all can maybe find a resolution to this in the game source itself, or have a heads up to this issue now if you did'nt already for future issues or tickets created on this topic.
I can follow up with y'all on a fix on my that could be the easiest solution if wanted.
Regards,
Lucas
(y'alls work with this project has kicked ass and I hope to see it ever changing and improving)
