my own footstep sound are of and magazine reloads are fast and glichy

sounds like you enabled "BotSounds" and "BotReload" on a mod,

this will persist even if you remove the mod that originally changed it, as its a profile change

open your profile which is found in SPT install/user/profiles and it will be random letters and numbers.

open that with NotePad++ or VisualStudio Code,

Control + F and search for "botsound" and "botreload"

make sure they have 0 on "Progress"
