No way to save tarkov aki profile in 3.0.0

My games can't save my profile, everytime i close the server, i just lost all my data, the save profile isn't read-only. i already redownload entire aki, but that still not work. I even tried run tarkov aki in another user account, that's still notworking.

F***, for some reason my laptop just can't send the file now wait me a second

Sorry, but it seems like the game can save my profile normally now without any change. Any way thanks for support.(I just really can't understand my laptop)
