An attempt was made to transition a task to a final state when it had already completed

So, when im trying to load on woods, game gives me this error. I have zero clue how to fix it without changing all my quests to either locked or success, this problem keep ghost me on every my SPTarkov profile. Also saw this error when loading in customs or reserve (another profile).

I tried without mods and here what's happend. I succesfully loaded on woods and ended raid. I started adding mods one by one to find out which mod causes this error and... error didn't come back. Added all mods and it works completly fine. Thats strange.
