EFT loading loop when getting item from done quest

Yes the bug causes the issue of infinite loading after each quest.

Does not work, I have the same problem on both notifiers.

Edit: I made a new profile in the launcher, it seems to fix it, at least for the infinite loading circle after completing quests, but massages are still bugged.

I dont know if it applies you you BlackSoftIce but it sounds like it will for Cman1337
I have found the solution, thanks to @sptarkovp1 for shining light on the solution.
When you first run the server a pop up box will appear, asking for admin privileges so it can find your SSL certificate.
If you click no then it will cause this error, because the certificate it is expecting is not there.
So to fix. you are going to need to go right back to the start, copy your live files into a new folder, run the patcher, install AKI, run the server and click yes to the box that pops up.

This is a know issue when you have quest listed in your profile that does not exists in game any more and this quest is not in Success state. any 1 corrupted quest will cause this issue with infinite loading circle for all quests until removed or changed to Success state.

There is no reason to downgrade for 1.1.0??
