game will not go past load screen/infinite load after launch

so i used the SPT-AKI-Installer after trying to manuall install and running into problems with game not launching at all. now the game will launch. but im stuck on a infinite loading screen. i do not know where i could have went wrong as i used the automatic installer. i tried uninstalling tarkov and reinstalling and then reinstalling spt. but im still stuck on a infinite loading screen. any help is appreciated

unfortunately ive tried all of theese and none seem to have any affect
