Remove all mods, and try again. Report back success/fail.
PC Specs? And by freezing do you mean just a little hitch when bots are spawning, and then you're good? Otherwise, I dare say it's likely you need to upgrade specs/downgrade graphics settings.
I'll refer it to CWX and Chomp but I don't believe this is going to be an SPT-Aki issue as even I on a 3900X, 2080 Super, and 64Gig have zero issues.
try a fresh install maybe? there are no issues in the two log links still alive, server would have no effect on it anyways, maybe check the windows event manager thing when it happens and see if it reports anything, other than that i have no idea
