MP5SD suppressor never spawns

It seems that of all the Gunsmith quest items, there is only one component that cannot be found in a raid:

Is that on purpose, or did it slip through the cracks at some point?

I had a check of the loot dumps we have from live and i cant find that item in any of them, it does appear to be a trader-only item

Oh well... Screws up my hardcore mode a bit (where you can't purchase any items), but I guess I'll just have to whitelist the suppressor then.

The Wiki says it can only be acquired by killing Reshala, but I guess I can keep him alive now after all...
