Raid timer = 0 seconds (doesnt start but can hear everything) issues found in red via SPT-AKI 3.2.4 CONSOLE

Notified of 3.2.4 being listed under the info-announcements tab in the discord,
opened, downloaded, instructions followed, installed as per, no issues loading and booting game,
server log on other screen showed all is well and loaded, i tinker with character for a Woods raid.
Server loads, game loads fine, raid timer counts me in, reaches 0.00.0 seconds and doesnt load into game
but i hear sounds.
Server reads a bunch of red lines regarding bot caps etc. nothing else happens. after 5 mins i alt f4.

As per issue previously found via searching, cleared mods folder, game works fine. raid works fine
