Hang up on load screen

Having some trouble that I can't seem to get passed, I've tried doing the manual install as well as the regular installer and I have tried all the suggested fix actions on the FAQ except the anti-virus one because I cannot find the file specified and I have fully turned off my anti virus. I'm not sure whats causing the issue here.

I've attempted fully re-installing both tarkov and the SPT multiple times, I've tried manually installing, tried using the automatic installer but everything results in the same hang up on load screen issue. The two pieces of advice given were to make sure its not on your desktop (its in C:) and to completel wipe everything and re-install and I've done both of those.

Figured I should clarify I have both the frameworks installed, and I've even tried running as administrator, still nothing.

SOMEHOW managed to get it to work, im not specifically sure what fixed it but heres the things I did.

Full uninstall of EFT / SPT
Full uninstall of BSG launcher
deleted BSG files in my documents / %appdata% as well as fully removed default install directory

repaired both framework installs

did a full CC cleaner wipe of registry

restarted computer

instealled tarkov / SPT
worked...
