Trading with roubles causes inventory hang until restart

Traders cause the item server to hang indefinitely until restart when trading with roubles. Traded items are processed correctly upon loading into the game afterwards.

Some stacks of roubles seem to work just fine, others cause the issue. There doesn't seem to be any pattern.

Barter trades work correctly.

Reproducible even with all mods removed.

I just deleted all my money and spawned it back in with profile editor, and it's been working fine ever since
