[Unmodded] Game crashes to desktop briefly after launch

I previously had an identical issue after having reinstalled tarkov (this was spt-aki ver. 3.5.3) so I ended up just deciding to redo the entire process. The same issue of the game crashing immediately when I launch the game. I cleared the sp tarkov directory, reinstalled regular tarkov again and used the spt-aki installer to install into the same folder I was using before. My regular tarkov launches and runs just fine. The BepinEx log file isn't being made however when I launch the game. I have .net 4.7.2, 5.0, and 6.0 installed. All antivirus are also disabled.
