Cant get Ragfair to work

(I installed everything new after many bugs, ignore logs, they dont have any useful information about my issue)

When I installed the ragfiar presets mod I had ragfair locked, I set the availability to "true" and it didnt change anything

what mods do i need to install to get ragfair working properly ?
