Stuck in patching

I had installed SPT on another drive with mods then found out it was not working. I ran the installer on my main drive and had not added any mods or plugins.

On both drives i go to the server file it opens fine and opening the spt client file it gets stuck on patching, I have read the FAQ and it had the correct dir and changing it made the file not open so i reverted that change.

I don't have any log files for bepinex and client. The dir is not there and there is no flies matching its description

I have made 3 different profiles and none of them work

i had it on desktop moved it to C:/ both dont work

set them both the admin and set them both to no admin and they still dont work
