SPT Installer - Patcher.exe error "an unknown error occurred in the patcher"

Afternoon,

This is my first time trying to install SPT using the auto installer and I've ran into an issue. The installer moves to starting the patcher.exe, I get an error saying in need to download some .NET files. Ive updated to both 5.0 Desktop Runtime and 4.8 web and the issue with the patcher.exe issue persists. Has anyone seen this before?

I cannot provide any logs for the BepInEx or any server info for obvious reasons

The SPT-AKI-INSTALLER log is what I attached above and it was the only log that stood out to me.

The other files in the NLog seen below and the NLog folder within the AKI Patches folder are .delta files. Is there something else that I should be looking for or something that stands out to you? Thanks for taking a look!

I think ive got it working now! I reinstalled everything and the patcher is now running!
