[MODDED] Can't figure out how to load mods

In short, 0 mods loaded, the server locales has went in italian automatically, no idea how to load or even enable mods except for the BepInEx > Plugins folder thing, actually trying to change server language to get something readable for everyone.

Anyway, i tried running in admin mode but nothing changes, still 0 mods loaded, and at the moment i've pretty much run out of ideas.

EDIT: VisceralDismemberment is a client mod, but i still can't get it to work in the appropriate folder

Oh, alright, then i'll have to understand how does the mod work, cause so far i had no dismemberment episodes happen.

I thought a 12g shot from three meters should dismember but it doesn't seem to be the case.
