Errors in server console after raid. Client hangs before End of Raid Screens

The server errors reference a C:\ file location. I don't have the game or SPT located on the C: drive. I suspect there is a hard-coded file location where it should reference a relative location, but I can't find it.

I don't see a place to change weather in SVM. I basically used SVM to set the boss spawn rates because the goons were spawning every raid on Customs. Here is a screen shot of the RAID options I used in SVM.
