I am trying to downgrade my game to the appropriate version for 3.6.1, but I'm getting nothing but errors with the patcher.

I haven't deleted anything recently and it was working on 3.5.8 a bit ago but now I just can't get it to work.
How can I recreate the temp directory since it doesn't seem to be creating one itself.
I have tried completely reinstalling the live version, copying it to a new location, tried multiple different drive locations (4 different drives to be exact) with no success.
