1. New parameter gpCoinsOnPmcAndScavs. If true regular scavs and PMC can have one GP coin in their backpack.
2. Removed backpak loot feature. Current SPT loot on scavs and PMC is good. There is no need such complex alternative anymore.
3. Fixed trader freezing after purchase.

2. New option mapPlayerScavsBossBrainsOff. Player scavs don't use boss brains.
3. New option removeAllTradersItemsFromFlea removes all item from default traders from Flea except barter, food and keys.
3. Option disableSeasonalEvents now disables April Fools event too.
