Sorry the logs get wiped if you restart the server, can you reproduce the issue and send me fresh logs, before you start AKI back up again?

So i have been playing for a week or so no problems. i helped a friend go through the installation process yesterday and he is having this same issue. I downloaded the current files today cause i noticed they had been updated to see if i could recreate the problem and the first raid i ran as a test and after i extracted it just black screened on me. just as my friend has been experiencing and just as this person describes. i had my friend try the default/websocket fix but it changed nothing for him. if there is anything i can do to help resolve this issue for the people who are unable to play please let me know. ill be following this post for updates! =P

2 raids I wasn't able to replicate it. If you want to close the thread and i can just pm you when or if it happens again

And check this if you haven't already
C:\WINDOWS\system32>certutil.exe -f -addstore Root C:\Offline Tarkov\SPT-AKI\user\certs\cert.pem
CertUtil: -addstore command FAILED: 0x80070057 (WIN32: 87 ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER)
CertUtil: The parameter is incorrect.
C:\WINDOWS\system32>
Ran that command from this thread and got this

Please have a good read through the thread and see if the issue even applies (it should be quite obvious that your log is being spammed) If not there is not much I can tell you without logs I am afraid.

If you have spaces in the game path, you'll need to wrap your path in quotes.
Try this:
certutil.exe -f -addstore Root "C:\Offline Tarkov\SPT-AKI\user\certs\cert.pem" -
When you did your install did you say no to letting this program make changes to your system ?
Had this problem and had to do a fresh install and say yes to correct.

The package we use to prompt users to make changes (to install the certificate) has some issues where it won't trigger under certain user profile names (if they contain some symbols and non-latin characters), so not everyone even gets the prompt for it.

Hello, any news about this issue ? Did it got solved ?
-
Got the same issue multiple times today =(
Looks likes a network issue.I've compress the log dir if someone want to look at it.
You need to remove the .txt at the end of the file so you get log_2021.05.15_16-46-15_0.12.10.2.12192.7z.With the zip compression method the file size is larger than the authorized Maximum File Size: 2 MB so I use 7z

Deleting the certs helped me.
