My aki server. exe is just deleting itself after i launch it

When i use automatic spt-aki installer then after it finishes, i try to launch aki-server.exe and it launches completely fine after 3 seconds it just says no, closes it self down and then i have to reinstall it again... but guess what, it just happening again, i checked everything through the folders to find any logs and i didn't found any

(i will be honest i dont know if the message sections is for additional info or for what happens exactly)

the best thing is that nothing detects it as threat

it just deletes itself
without notification or anything

Just did that and its the same, it manages to create folder for mods and then boom... its not there

I did... nothing is there

the antivirus doesn't affect it... i checked it the quarantine and did the exclusion thing that surviv0r told me... its not my antivirus that does it
