SptInstaller Not Running/opening when trying to update / in general

I tried a month ago to install spt with the sptinstaller and It did not start/launch so I did it manually, I would like to update my save to keep progression but even when trying to do a fresh install with the video tutorial nothing happen when launching. As what I can see from other similar threads, I don't have an adblocker that I am aware of, the logs provided are from my current 3.7.3 manual installation. I reinstalled .net and checked for updates. The client log file is a mash of 5 log files found in the folder, in order being: 2023.12.28_21-27-17_0.13.5.3.26535 application, same numbers for the rest errors, notifications, traces, backend. Any help is appreciated.

Ok good new I found a way to fix it so that the installer actually opens now and shows a window, Right click the sptinstaller.exe and unblock it from making changes at the bottom of the window.
