[MODDED] Gunsmith Part 1 - Unable to turn in the Shotgun

Hello. I have attempted multiple different builds for the shotgun, to no avail. Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

Edit: By multiple, I mean the old method, and the newer one with the sprut. I have also attempted the turn in by removing one part at a time, and see if he would take it.

This is what I tried, as its what I knew. I also tried to remove the plastic grip, add a sprut, and put the laser on that, still couldn't turn it in.

This is what the Wiki for the Gunsmith 1 says to build, but the recoil is far too high
