I suspect that you are not using 12192, but are using 12364 (which was released yesterday, you can confirm your game version by right clicking your eft.exe / properties / details.)
You will need to wait for an AKI or patcher update for this vesion.

I typed that in I couldnt find where those logs are, this didnt help me locate at all GameFolder/logs/xxx_xxx_errors.log the only log file I could find was the server logs would there not be an error log if it hasnt produced any errors with the launcher?

Although from your description you have installed incorrectly, providing this log is unlikely to help, but you may as well i guess. -
Is good though shows me where the Logs folder should be the entire thing is missing moving a fresh copy will let you know what happens
