Hello, the surgical kits both CMS and Surv12 were invisible cube with doge icon. It won't load animation while using it and couldn't be cancel or finish.

This is definitely an issue you need to solve, There is no reason for it to cause the issue you are complaining off though, if you have no mods installed then you will need to do a fresh install as something must be corrupt in your base files. You will still need to fix that notifier issue though.
