So I made this preset while playing around with the RTGI shaders. It took me a while to adjust the effects to my liking and to fit Tarkov. A few people on reddit asked me for my preset so I'm uploading here. Many more images can be viewed here: https://flic.kr/s/aHBqjBsu6S

NOTE: This Reshade preset requires the RTGI shaders by Pascal Gilcher. And also Amands Graphics with HBAO and Linear Intensity enabled.
ALSO NOTE: It will impact performance (up to 25fps loss for me). Depending on your GPU and res, you may need to lower settings or use DLSS. For reference I run a 4090 and 13900KS and average in the 70-80fps range with DLSS Quality.
The Beta Tier $5 membership is required for access to the discord for RTGI files. If you just want the one time download you can unsubscribe after getting the shaders (that's what I've done before). Pascal Gilcher's Patreon can be found here: https://www.patreon.com/mcflypg/posts
This is the file you need in the discord:
INSTRUCTIONS:
You must first download and install Reshade, run the installer and select your SPT directory. https://reshade.me/
Then you copy the contents of the IMMERSE Pro folder in to the 'reshade-shaders' folder that is now found in your SPT directory.
Copy my preset file 'TarkyPreset.ini' into the SPT directory. Then load into the game and access the reshade menu by hitting the 'Home' key.
Check if my preset has loaded by looking in the top of the reshade window. If not, select it in the drop down menu.
This is what it should look like (only those effects are used for my preset).
ATTENTION: You may need to configure your Depth Buffer. When you enable 'Display Depth' it should look like this
Guide for setting the Depth Buffer here; https://guides.martysmods.com/docs/reshade/gui-and-depth/

If you need to mess with DLSS to reclaim some fps, then start a new raid or restart the game because Reshade can get weird when adjusting DLSS in-raid.
Please also note that you may notice that some small objects in-game glow slightly depending on the lighting. If it bothers you, you can lower 'Z Thickness' in the RTGI settings section in the Reshade menu but I would not turn it to zero.
Anyway that's it for now. Just thought I'd share my preset for others to try out.
And please feel free to share and make content with my preset, as long as you credit me for it.
