QuoteDisplay MoreRemove weapon and armor degradation after repairs.

Simply extract mattdokn-perfectrepair.zip into your game folder
The config has comments in it to explain.
You can disable weapon or armor functionality if you'd like.
As well as only having this mod work when using a repair kit.
