Exception Error Message on Startup

Have you moved the file location? Did you have this setup running previously? (I am presuming so).
One thing that stands out is that it is your onedrive, perhaps try moving it onto your base system. (Although I don't know if this will help).
Also check that the gamepath, in the launcher settings tab, is pointed to the right place.
