Memory could not be written Error

I don't know what is wrong. the game crashes at either "Loading map..." or at "Starting local game...".

it was working before but suddenly game start crashing. I have 16 Gb ram and each driver has more than 50 Gb free space. I even re install the spt 4 times even the reinstall original eft 2 times. The crash still happening. Sometime it gives me this window:

I reinstalled the windows cleaned every, gonna reinstall Tarkov and SPT again to check if the problem was from windows.

But the patcher keep crashing...
