Terrible Lag on System - Help Identifying Source

Hey all, would appreciate any help I can get.

Having absolutely terrible performance from the moment I load up the game.

Very bad lag from the moment the game launches in settings menus, stash, etc. and it doesn't get better when I load in.

I recently did a completely fresh install of SPT to try to remedy, but it didn't seem to make a difference.

I have a decent system (5800x3d, 32gb RAM, 6900xt) - wondering if I have some sort of mod conflict or if something else is going on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Let me know if I can provide any additional info.

Just wanted to provide an update on this.

After DDU'ing my video drivers and re-installing, things seem to be resolved.

Case can be closed, I will open a new thread if I run into any other issues.
