SPT Auto-Installer Stuck On "Extracting Patcher"

I am trying to clean install SPT 3.9 with the Auto-Installer that is provided and I am stuck on the "Setup Client" part of the installer. The sub-message saying "Extracting Patcher" is stuck on 0% for the last 35 minutes..

Does ANYONE know a fix to this as the new update to SPT doesn't have much support?

Well, I already found a fix to this error. Just delete the files in the folder you are auto-installing to and restart the process.

It is in the "Patch Client" phase now. Will post updates.
