  • Hey there sorry for the late reply. Currently the windows mixed reality controllers don't have support added, the only issue being that controller bindings aren't configured yet, but if you still want to go the extra mile, you can try settings the bindings yourself through the SteamVR menu

  • I'm having this issue where my controller seems to be stuck at my feet facing a certain axis and it won't actually track to select menus or anything. When I open the steamvr menu it tracks normally and I can select things. . I'm assuming I'm dumb and missing a setting somewhere, if anyone could point me in the right direction that'd be great.

  • i tried to add my own custom bindings but they didnt register for some reason

I think the main thing is getting the poses setup so the movements of your controllers work in SPT-VR then you can see if the buttons are working when interacting with the main menu with the laser pointer.

I can't remember how to set it up exactly but it's in the SteamVR bindings menu, there should be something for posing and I think you need to set the left/right hand skeleton or pose to each controller respectively

It sounds like the bindings for your controllers aren't setup or registering, are you also using the windows mixed reality controllers? Refer to the comment I posted above about setting the poses to get the controllers mapped to the in game hands, hopefully that'll fix the issue you're having

    Release V1.0.1 - Weapon tracking/IK fixes + more

I've spent the past few weeks since the first release working on improving the handling of weapons like how they track to your hands and move around when entering two-handed mode, as well as various other massive improvements like fixing weapon jittering, added an option to hide arms and legs, fixed issues with object culling and more, here is a full list of the improvements made:

    • Fixed most of the hands and weapon jittering
    • Weapon should no longer move positions when entering two handed mode
    • Hands should now line up better with your controllers when a weapon is equipped
    • Added a toggle for hands only mode that removes the arms in the VR settings tab
    • Added a toggle to hide the legs in the VR settings tab
    • Fixed a lot of the object culling issues so now nothing nearby should be culled and walls or ceilings won't be see through like on interchange, looks much better but there's a small hit to performance
    • Added snap turn option
    • Adding graphics setting for different distant shadow methods
    • Improved VR settings menu layout
  • Thank you for hard work, this is amazing! One question about the graphic >> Is it possible to fix DLSS for VR? Currently it looks like the resolution of the DLSS result does not match the VR render resolution. I think DLSS can help us remove the aliasing in VR , like the Into the radius.
