Insurance works fine for first few hours of the game then it no longer returns anything

Everything worked fine for maybe 7 hours or so and now I get the mail saying the insurer is looking for my items and then nothing else. This happened before but I thought I had cooked something from adding mods after starting a profile so I deleted everything and reinstalled from scratch.

I'm not good with this stuff so any help is appreciated. Thanks

Is it something about insuring one of the storage armbands added by WTT Pack & Strap possibly? How would I troubleshoot that? Thanks in advance
