Crashing at launch

Decided to get back into SPT. Redownloaded everything, added mods, started playing, no issue. A couple days ago started getting crashes while playing. Deleted SPT and reinstalled. Since then, I launch SPT and it crashes at the tarkov loading screen. Also, my server will crash right before saying happy playing now unless I run as admin which is new.

I have completely deleted SPT and Tarkov from my comp and done a fresh install on everything and the problem still exists. I even tried recovering Windows till before I got back into SPT and reinstalling and the problem still persists. Also updated graphic drivers and that did not help. If you see mods in my logs because I tried with and without them, but even with zero mods this happens. What am I missing?
