somtam added a new file:
QuoteDisplay MoreIn raid lives.
When you die you enter a downed state where you can crawl around but can't do anything else.
Press a button to revive yourself.
This will put you in an invulnerable state where you can stand up and run away.
You get 10s of invulnerability (customizable) to get to cover.
While invulnerable, you can't shoot and you can't use items etc. You can only run and seek cover.
You can choose how many lives you get per raid.
There is an option to restore destroyed body parts with 25% health on revive as well. (that way blackened body parts that cant be healed with a surgery kit can be restored).
The revive system will automatically heal any bleeds on blackened body parts so that when the invulnerability ends you don't end up checkmating yourself into an un-healable position.
Status ailments like fractures etc are not removed, so you need to heal those back normally.
Play hardcore, get head eyes, no worries just revive yourself and try again.
An alternative for those that want to experience tarkov pain, but with the ability to revive in case it goes wrong.
