Launcher says "Tarkov not installed" but it is and I have tried all other "solved" fixes, nothing helps

I own a legitimate copy of EFT EOD and nothing I do will get the launcher to see that the game is installed. I initially changed the server.json to a different port because 443 was taken by another application after that my server did throw and errors.

What I have tried on live EFT before installing SPT-AKI, others mentioned that worked for them but not me:

- Changed graphical settings and saved

- Changed hot keys and saved

- Played a scav run

- Played a PMC run

I can not get the launcher to launch the game.

(My server did not generate logs to fill in above)

Try reinstalling the live game, that should fix the error.

I reinstalled 6 times as I tried the above recommended fixes, did not resolve the error.
