Delivery from the past \ Tarcone Director's office key doesn't exist?

After not finding the Tarcone Director's office key anywhere, when I reached lvl 10 I searched the flea, but it's not there.

Cannot complete Delivery from the past without it.

Fantastic mod otherwise!

Sure items may not be posted currently, but shouldn't there at least be a designation for all the items in the tabs on the left column? All the keys are listed, even the unexamined keys, except that one.
