Means' he is running two instances of AKI if the port is occupied.

Not necessary second AKI - it can be any Web servers applications or a Virtual Machine etc. using that port

I have wiped and installed the SPT and Patcher like 10 times. I do everything following the instructions, yet everytime I boot up the game it just sits at the main loading screen forever. I even waited an hour the last time just to see if it would load. Still nothing. Can anyone help me figure out what is going on so I can play SPT?
